International mobility for the university's staff concerns both incoming and outgoing lecturers and researchers TA staff. For these, however, the number of mobile employees over the three years has been very limited, in both directions. For lecturers and researchers, who in 2019 were 87 incoming, with an average of 40 days, and 139 outgoing, with an average of 13 days, there is an inevitable drop in 2020 and 2021 due to the pandemic, both in the number of people involved and in the average days spent: in 2020, only 4 incoming lecturers, with an average of 12 days, and 45 outgoing, with an average of 28 days; in 2021, 41 outgoing lecturers with an average stay of 28 days, compared to 28 incoming lecturers with an average stay of 76 days.
