Ingoing and outgoing international mobility is measured for teachers and researchers, and for technical and administrative staff. The number of technical and administrative staff involved in both ingoing and outgoing mobility increased in 2023, but remains limited. However, this should be considered inevitable. The same cannot be said, however, for the mobility of teaching staff, which remains excessively low (both incoming and outgoing) compared to the pre-pandemic period.

As regards incoming international mobility, 25 teachers and researchers were involved in 2024 (4 in 2023) and 4 units of technical and administrative staff (7 in 2023).

In 2024, outgoing international mobility significantly increased, involving 31 teachers and researchers (14 in 2023) and 46 technical and administrative staff (22 in 2023). This data confirms a good level of participation in international exchange, with a significant presence also of non-teaching staff, reflecting the initiative's widespread openness to all members of the University.
