The indicator shows an imbalance (higher than the national average according to ministerial statistics) in favour of male staff. In addition, women are even less present in top positions at UniTS.  The University has adopted a three-year positive action plan (PAP 2023-2025) pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree No 198/06 (Code of Equal Opportunities between Men and Women), according to which ‘administrations shall draw up a positive action plan aimed at ensuring (...) the removal of obstacles to truly equal opportunities between men and women at work.’
