The diagram below shows terminations and the number of new members of teaching and research staff by role: in 2019, 30 new researchers were hired and there were terminations of employment of 24 full professors. 
In 2020, the number of terminations was higher than the number of new members, which led to a decrease in the number of lecturers and researchers. In 2021, however, the number of entries (55) exceeds the number of terminations (34).
