The composition of the university's technical-administrative staff shows that the allocation in the administrative-managerial and the library area exceeds the national average. This composition reflects the needs that have emerged over time, also in relation to the absence of management roles. As far as the component in technical content areas is concerned, the distribution is lower than the national average. The planning of staffing needs for the last two years shows an investment in new technical and IT profiles, to make up for the terminations that have occurred.
