The figure shows the ratio between the entire staff and the number of staff units to whom a position of responsibility has been entrusted. Specifically, the considered organisational position assignments are the ones that include the responsibilities of directing an organisational unit, managing its assigned budget and human resources and generally coordinating the activities deployed, with responsibility for processes and results. The figure remains broadly stable over the years, with a slightly higher percentage incidence in 2021.
