As of 1 November 2021, there were 636 students enrolled in medical specialisation schools with specialist training contracts. This figure was mainly increased by those enrolled in the 1st year 2020/21, whose contracts increased in total from 204 to 254. There were subsequently 71 drop-outs, so the consolidated figure of enrolments with specialist training contracts in the a.y. 2020/21 is 565.
