At the end of 2021, a new Supplementary Collective Agreement on Welfare was signed, for a reorganization of existing contributions and the introduction of new forms of assistance, including extraordinary and epidemiological emergency-related ones.  
A large part of the contributions referring to expenses incurred by staff in the year 2021 was therefore disbursed in the year 2022, applying the new University regulations.
