The University, to cope with the pandemic emergency, adopted, in 2020, an agile work model of an emergency nature, stipulating on a transitional basis the appropriate individual agreements regulating the content and rules of the relationship, pending the definition of the implementation Regulations of Legislative Decree 81/2017. In 2021, in light of the continuation of the state of emergency, the indications provided in the "Guidelines on agile work in public administrations" by the Department of Public Administration were applied and were used to prepare the Regulations for agile work at the University, issued in 2022. The percentage of staff with at least one day of agile work in the year is slightly lower in 2021, due to the gradual return, in the summer period, from the emergency phase.
