This indicator refers to the so-called 'brain return' scheme, which involves recruiting, outside the ordinary selective procedures, permanently engaged scholars abroad or winning results in the context of specific high-qualification research programs, with special requirements assessed by the Ministry.

In 2024, the University hosted 19 foreign teachers, from different geographical areas, mainly European. This reflects a consolidated commitment to the international aspects of teaching and research, with a network of cooperation extending beyond continental borders.
