Staff who are 'active in research' are considered the ones who exceed the threshold value of the Minimum Scientific Productivity Indicator (IPm -MPI). The threshold is exceeded if at least two publications with a CVR weight greater than 2, and a total CVR weight greater than or equal to 10, have been produced in the four-year reference period. A partial or total exemption may be associated with the MPI.
