Technical-administrative staff is divided into four categories, according to the qualification required for external access and the related level of autonomy and responsibility associated with the role. The categories are divided into B, C, D and EP. They are flanked by Technologists and Executives. The data show a good gender balance with regard to the 4 contractual categories, including the areas of highest responsibility, D and EP. 
Only the role of technologists sees an unfavourable percentage for the female gender, which improves, however, already in year 2021. It is noted, however, that the very low number of units (3 persons in 2021) makes the figure insignificant.
