Academic Research Assessment-RU61
The Research Quality Assessment 2015-2019 (VQR) covered the papers published in the five-year period 2015-2019 by authors belonging to the University as of 1/11/2019. A total of 1900 papers were submitted by 600 authors. The graph shows the distribution of publications and authors by the scientific area.
We note the very high percentage of open-access publications (84%).
Average payment delays-FO08
The time necessary for suppliers to collect debts from public bodies has always been a critical issue. Excessively long periods can upset the financial stability of suppliers. Keeping payment times reasonably short is therefore an essential goal for the accountability of public institutions towards stakeholders. Our university keeps the average payment time below one month. This is in line with market standards for private companies.
Research staff in training - PhD students-RU30bis
The number of PhD students has progressively grown thanks to doctoral scholarships funded through NRRP funds. 9% of PhD students enter an industrial PhD programme, aimed at a research project targeting a specific company or institution.
Donors (Five per thousand pre tax donations, Other donations, foundations, contributions and legacies)-SO01
The graph shows the value of bequests, donations and contributions from private individuals and foundations. Some contributions are aimed at financing scholarships, student housing or PhD scholarships. Contributions from the donation of the so-called cinque per mille, meaning 0.5% of one’s income tax, are not yet available for 2023.
