For prospective students UniTS provides outreach services and for newly enrolled students it organises pre-sessional courses. As part of its school liaison services, the University participates in various events, such as student fairs. UniTS organises summer training modules, open-day events, outreach activities through institutional mailing lists, signs agreements with high schools and gives presentations at secondary education institutes. In particular, you can see the number of students involved in Open Days initiatives, presentations in secondary education institutions and virtual open days, called Units Orienta.

In 2024, in addition to the many established outreach initiatives, UniTS signed several agreements with secondary education institutions for NRRP projects and organised more than a hundred NRRP outreach courses, involving more than six thousand students in total.
