For prospective students, UniTS organises inbound orientation services. For newly enrolled students organises pre-courses.
As part of inbound orientation, the university organises participation in various events, such as fairs and exhibitions, summer training modules, Open Days, information activities through institutional e-mails, agreements with higher education institutions and presentations at institutions.
In 2021, more than 13,000 students were involved in 16 events at fairs and exhibitions. 354 students participated in the Summer Training Courses. 15,507 took part in the Open Days. These figures are considerably up on the previous year.
For pre-courses, 11 activities were offered in 2020/21, covering 270 hours (an increase over the previous year).
