In 2021, the Board of Directors approved a total allocation of EUR 35,000.00 for students' cultural activities. The Student Council and political lists also benefited from the funds.
Ten associations, one group and two political lists received funding for cultural activities as well.
The situation caused by the Covid 19 pandemic, however, compromised the smooth running of the initiatives, especially in the first part of the year, hindering indoor activities with a large number of people or those with speakers coming from abroad. Many were cancelled, some were held partially or were replaced by similar initiatives, after the approval of the Student Council.
A total of 30 initiatives took place and 17 were cancelled.
The type of initiatives was varied: from film festivals to theatre courses, from lectures in the socio-political field, often streamed, to health information days, from visits to museums and the city of Trieste and Friuli Venezia Giulia to printed periodicals, from social events to the football tournaments.
