The composition of the university's technical-administrative staff shows that the allocation in the administrative-managerial and the library area exceeds the national average. As far as the component in technical content areas is concerned, the distribution is lower than the national average.
The highest average age is the age of full professors. The number of members of university research staff is low; currently, new university researchers are indeed no more hired since these positions were replaced by researchers having a fixed-term contract (RTDA or RTDB).
The figure shows the ratio between the entire staff and the number of staff units to whom a position of responsibility has been entrusted. Specifically, the considered organisational position assignments are the ones that include the responsibilities of directing an organisational unit, managing its assigned budget and human resources and generally coordinating the activities deployed, with responsibility for processes and results. The figure remains broadly stable over the years, with a slightly higher percentage incidence in 2023.
